Scope and Content:

This document defines the methods of compiling vacuum valve model numbers.
This document applies to various series of vacuum valves.
2. Composition of Vacuum Valve Model Numbers:
A full model number comprises a basic model number and an auxiliary model number. The two model numbers are separated by a dash symbol. The structure of a model number is as follow:

3. Vacuum Valve:

indicates the applicable vacuum level of the vacuum valve (See Table 1).
indicates the type of the valve plate structure (See Table 2).
indicates the drive mode of the vacuum valve (See Table 3).
indicates the type of the electric actuator (See Table 4-1).
indicates the motion of the pneumatic vacuum valve and the rotation angle/Mounting position/quantity of the cylinder (See Table 4-2).
indicates the type of channel of the vacuum valve, as shown in Table 5.
indicates the nominal diameter(cm) of the vacuum valve by numeric numbers.
indicates the material of the valve body (See Table 7) .
indicates the sealing method of the valve shaft seal (See Table 8). If the shaft seal has an O-ring sealing structure, this can be omitted.
indicates the flange connection method (See Table 9).
indicates the water-cooling method (See Table 10).
